Let's Talk: Quattro Expands Mental Health Support with 19 MHFAs

In a step towards fostering a healthier and more supportive workplace, Quattro has expanded its mental health support network by training and appointing 19 new Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) across the UK.
The initiative is part of Quattro’s broader commitment to employee wellbeing, recognising that mental health is just as vital as physical safety in rail. HR Manager, Melanie Webb explained the appointments would be far reaching and inclusive.
