Meet Madison Forde - Quattro’s newest qualified admin in Fareham!

Two years ago, Madison spotted a job post on Indeed and decided to take a chance by applying for a Business Administrative Apprenticeship. Fast forward to today, and she’s thriving in her role at the Quattro depot in Fareham.

Now 22, Madison works as a Depot Admin, handling invoicing, costing, and day-to-day office duties, a role she once never imagined herself in.

“I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to apply. I wasn’t great with maths or computers. But I’ve changed all that.”

Before joining Quattro, Madison was studying film at university.

“I was doing a film production degree but had to leave due to personal reasons. The apprenticeship gave me a way back into education without the financial pressure. It’s also given me hands-on experience I can take with me into the future.”

Originally from Hampshire, Madison lives nearby with her parents and sister, just a short drive from the depot.

Depot Manager Mike Tunnicliffe had high praise for her:

“Madison has come such a long way over the past year and a half. She’s reliable, motivated, and gets on well with everyone; a real asset to the team. She’s going to go far, both at Quattro and beyond.”

To celebrate the big achievement, Madison enjoyed a well-earned night out with friends.

“Finally!” she laughed. “I’m so happy all the hard work paid off. The course and my time at Quattro have shown me I don’t need to be intimidated. I’ve really surprised myself!”

Quattro Managing Director John Murphy added his congratulations:
