Responsibilities
- Monitoring electronic servicing and maintenance documentation for our extensive fleet, checking for accuracy and cross referencing against servicing records on a computer based hire system.
- Daily review of purpose built reports for all company assets.
- Scanning documentation into our in house system.
- Ability and determination to progress queries and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion
- Collating information and documentation on new assets to enable them to be added to the in house system.
- Provide all depots with reports on required LOLER and PUWER examinations to enable the effective management of the renewal process.
- Providing management information on missing/incorrect documentation to bring to a resolution.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products i.e. word, excel and outlook
- Experience of using in house systems/databases
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability and determination to progress queries and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion
- Methodical and organised approach to managing the workload
- Ability to work to deadlines and under your own initiative
- Strong administrative experience around document control
- Understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
