Experienced POS Representative

Quattro Plant Ltd are recruiting a POS Representative for weekend work and adhoc midweek work.
To be responsible for all POS activities within your working area, with clients of Quattro Group. Applicants must have MC/CC and COSS competencies and have demonstrable experience working around machines on track.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interface with New and Old clients of Quattro Group on site
- Attend client production and wash up meetings when required
- Direct staff on site to their duties (POS Rules)
- Check all documentation for site and carry out sign off (Acceptance)
- Interface with Health & Safety Department
- Planning and Delivery of works relating to POS
- Interface with Health & Safety Department regarding accident investigation(s)
Essential Skills
- Approachable and able to relate to people at all levels
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of competence requirements for the rail industry
- Knowledge of working with or around OTP
- Prepared to take responsibility and be held accountable
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good oral, written and numeracy skills
- Is familiar with and understands how to interrogate the Company’s management system (Syrinx) for analysis and reporting purposes
- Committed to delivery and customer focused (internal and external)
- Fully aware of Health & Safety rules & regulations within the Rail industry
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of possession works
- Experience of Track Renewals, Civil Engineering and Construction Projects
- Knowledge of Planning Projects
- COSS (Controller of Site Safety)
- MC/CC
