Administration Apprentice

Role Purpose:
To support the hire desk with the day to day administrative duties associated with the running of the Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and providing a key point of contact for Clients.
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls in a professional manner
- Supporting the hire desk in preparing payroll for operational staff.
- Completing administrative duties and responding to queries within agreed timescales, identifying the best course of action.
- Organising and completing timesheets.
- Processing timesheets and orders for invoicing
- Supporting in the allocation of work to drivers
- Data entry onto in house Syrinx system
- Maintaining the company database and files to ensure data is kept up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the proper use and care of equipment and materials used in the execution of the role
- Other general responsibilities (as appropriate to role)
